Privacy Policy — Instant Timer

Introduction

Francesco Argento ("the Developer") built the Instant Timer app as a free application with optional Premium features available via In-App Purchase. This service is provided by the Developer and is intended for use as is.

Information Collection and Use

The application does not collect, transmit, or store personally identifiable information on its servers. There are no user accounts, cookies, or advertising tracking systems.

However, the app offers the option to purchase a "Pro Version". When you make a purchase:

• Payment Data: All transactions are processed solely by the Google Play Store. The Developer does not collect or have access to your credit card details, billing address, or any other financial information.
• Purchase Receipts: Google provides the Developer with anonymous transaction details (such as order ID and purchase status) solely to verify and unlock features on your device.

Device Data

The app accesses only system notifications and audio to sound the alarm when the timer expires. All timers created by the user reside exclusively on the device's local memory.

Third-Party Services

The app uses Google Play Billing Services to manage in-app purchases. These services may collect data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Developer reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or service changes.
