Argento Labs ("we", "us") cares about your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information within the SumRush app.

1. No Advertising and No Ad Tracking

SumRush is an Ad-Free app. We do not use AdMob, UMP SDK, or any other third-party advertising service. Consequently, we do not collect or share advertising identifiers (such as Android's AAID) for marketing or profiling purposes.

2. Personal Data and Account

SumRush does not require account creation. We do not collect name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.

3. Game Data and Local Storage

Scores and app preferences are saved exclusively in the device's local memory (SharedPreferences). This data is never transmitted to us or third parties and is permanently removed upon app uninstallation.

4. In-App Purchases (Donations)

The app offers the ability to make voluntary donations via the Google Play billing system. These donations are considered development support and do not unlock additional features. Refunds are managed exclusively through Google Play policies.

5. Third-Party Services

The app interacts exclusively with Google Play Services for managing in-app purchases. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash reporting SDKs.
