The use of the SumRush application is governed by the following terms. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

SumRush is provided exclusively for educational and personal entertainment purposes within mental calculation. No specific outcome is guaranteed regarding cognitive or academic performance improvements.

2. Intellectual Property

Argento Labs holds all rights to the app design, question generation logic, graphics, and original sound effects in SumRush.

3. In-App Purchases (Donations)

• The app offers the option to make voluntary donations via the Google Play billing system.
• These donations are considered **development support** and do not unlock additional features or alter core app content, which remains freely accessible to everyone.
• Since these are digital consumables processed by Google, refunds are managed exclusively through Google Play policies.

4. Limitation of Liability

Argento Labs provides the app "as is" and is not responsible for any data loss (e.g. local scores) due to device failures or app uninstallation.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect changes in the app or applicable regulations.
