Privacy Policy

Argento Labs ("we", "us" or "our") manages the mobile application Pocket Tarot | Deck & Spreads. This page describes our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when using the App.

1. Total Privacy Respect

Our philosophy is "Privacy by Design". The App is designed to operate completely autonomously on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) such as name, email address, phone number, or geographic location.

2. No AI or External Servers

Unlike previous versions, this version of Arcani:

  • Does not use external AI services: All interpretations and readings are handled locally via the app's internal database.
  • No data sent to the cloud: Your questions and reflections never leave your phone.
  • Offline functionality: The app does not require an Internet connection for its main tarot reading functions.

3. Local Data Storage

All user-generated data, such as the Reading History, is saved exclusively in your device's local memory (Android system protected database).

  • You have full control: you can delete the history or individual readings at any time directly from the App settings.
  • Upon uninstallation, all locally saved data will be permanently removed from the device.

4. In-App Purchases and Developer Support

The App offers the possibility of making donations or "Support the Developer" purchases via the Google Play Billing System.

  • Security: All transactions are managed securely by Google. We do not have access to your financial data or credit card details.
  • Purpose: These purchases are purely optional and serve to support the independent development of the project.

5. Third-Party Services

To ensure proper technical functioning, the App interacts exclusively with standard system services:

  • Google Play Services: Used for update distribution and secure Billing management.

Note: We have removed all traces of Google AdMob and Firebase Crashlytics to further minimize technical data exchange.

6. User Rights (GDPR)

Since we do not collect data on our servers, do not profile users, and do not sell information to third parties, your privacy is guaranteed at the root. Since data is only on your phone, you can exercise your access and deletion rights by acting directly on the App interface.
