By downloading or using the app Pocket Tarot | Deck & Spreads ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Purpose of the Service

The App is provided exclusively for entertainment and personal reflection purposes. Tarot should not be used as a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological). The user is solely responsible for the use made of the information provided by the App.

3. In-App Purchases (Developer Support)

The App offers the possibility of making optional purchases via the Google Play system to support independent project development.

**Billing:** All transactions are managed by Google. Purchases are tied to your Google Play account.
**Refunds:** Refunds are handled exclusively by Google Play in accordance with their policies.
**No Subscriptions:** Purchases are one-time and do not involve recurring charges.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included in the App (texts, graphics, logos, and software) is the property of Argento Labs or its suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Argento Labs makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of the interpretations.

In no event shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

6. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the App's features.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian laws.
